A story of memories, love and letting go

Aleksi loves his wife and photography, but is afraid of dying and the bad habits in life. After the sudden death of his wife, Aleksi participates in a medical experiment prolonging his life. In 2142 Aleksi is still alive, but although his memories of the past have been recorded in photographs and on film, they are just obscure remnants of faded feelings.

Memory of Tomorrow can be a love story, epoch, science fiction or what ever feels right. More important than trying to categorise it, is to take part in Aleksi's journey and think what our lives consists of, and what really is important in our lives. The production team hopes to have found a fresh and genuine perspective on the subject. Merging a fantasy of the future, with the society of today.

The film was made on a small, and tight budget. The production team included a mix of students, professionals and amateur film makers. The team committed an extensive amount of time and energy, passion and backbone to the creative work. Several people, groups and organisations helped us along the way, letting us into their homes and workplaces, giving us their time and hearing our worries. We want to thank each and every one of you.
